At some point, you have to be willing to give up some things, to go up in your #business. At a certain level, everyone has #talent. Everyone has #skills. Everyone has an impeccable #workethic. And just like in sports, the athlete that crosses the finish line first; lifts the trophy; or achieves at the highest level has to make some trade offs.

You may have to jettison your #ego for the good of the #team. Whereas, you may be unforgiving with your shortcomings, you will need to learn how to #build people up and believe in them, until they believe in themselves. Instead of enjoying a glass of fermented grape juice before turning in, you may have to develop an #unquenchable #thirst for #water and a #goodbook. Instead of one more hole of golf, you may have to make one more hour of dials.

But don't fret. The juice is worth the squeeze.
