As #entrepreneurs we often live in a bubble. And when you are a #leader of entrepreneurs, the bubble becomes even less permeable. You have to remain #positive, #enthusiastic, and exhibit the utmost #confidence to be a source of confidence for others.
Despite the aforementioned, it is important too remain #empathetic. Things are exceptionally difficult for everyone right now, and entrepreneurs aren't immune to the increased gravity and #turmoil that has colored 2020. And maintaining #confidence and poise are #skilledtrades.
One of the most important leadership lessons I've learned personally, and from observation is that it is not enough to simply embody #faith and confidence, But to equip people with the tools to inculcate the same #mindsets that serve you. Here's a couple quick tips.....
1. Set small, measurable goals. You win a foot race, one step at a time. Snowflakes turn into snow balls. Build confidence with small wins.
2. Consume books, podcasts, and have conversations with people who are focused on #solutions. Seek the company of those who are #solvingproblems. Observe them. Spend less time inspecting their roots, and pick their fruit. Consume content that edifies you, rather then reminds you of your pain 24/7. Be #purposeful, #mindful of what you allow inside.
