You can't manage, administrate, or game plan your way into a high performance sales team.... especially in the beginning as an entrepreneur.
You have to be willing to "go in" and dig your hands into the dirt; learn not what just works, but what duplicates; and being willing to pay (gasp) for the expertise to help you become systemic at inculcating a culture of execution and performance.
Else you'll continue to own a business on paper, absent the rewards of truly operating a business.
