Tired of chasing transactions? Feeling like your on a hamster wheel? Well, stop chasing transactions. And follow a couple suggestions.
1. Reach out to people with the intent of simply learning what is most important to them, and what their needs are FIRST. And if you can help them via a connection, resource, your wares and services invite them to learn more.
2. Answer the question of what am I really, really, olympic athlete good at, and what must I do to remain profitable. Find ways to delegate everything else that you're mediocre at. Be creative. Virtual assistant, recruit, find a way, etc.,
3. Answer the following question. When people are looking at my social media content, how I show up, or when I'm engaging with people.... how am I communicating that I'm more than a transaction machine? Is my vision, mission, my WHY, what I enjoy about what I do fully transparent? Can someone look at my content and say, I like your purpose and your mission resonates with me, whether I patronize you or not?
Will answering these questions solve all your challenges. Nope. But it's a good start.
