Small Plate - Ideas Are Good. Execution Is Better

An important lesson revisited while reading "Talent is Never Enough" by John C. Maxwell on how to prepare to achieve a goal. 

1. Identify where do I need to go. Is the target appropriate or aligned with my talents?
2. How far is my goal? Is the reward worth the expense of time and effort. 
3. What are the conditions? What obstacles are waiting for me? 
4. What will it take to get there? What talents, skills,... who do I need to help me get there?
