Ok. I want you to take 2 minutes today to breathe slowly. Listen to each breath. Breathe deeply. It's times like this, when you are being squeezed, when your commitment is being tested, when you are forced to stretch a little bit further. This is what the process of becoming, more, feels like. Embrace it, allow it to inundate your senses. Don't fight it. The present is the price. The moments that follow are the fruits of your revolution. You can do this.
